What an honorable company to do business with. We had a malfunction on a garden parasol which was efficiently, politely, and satisfactorily resolved within a couple of days. We had contact with the company every day politely checking in with us to see if their suggestions had resolved the issue. We would have no hesitation in using this company again and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Had a problem with a battery. Contacted them and provided a video showing the fault. They replied very quickly and sorted the issue Excellent polite service

Customer service has been fantastic. The item I ordered was great (a 2 burner gas bbq), however it had a manufacturing issue. The customer service team resolved the issue swiftly offering me a full refund, replacement or discount (if i kept the item, which could still be used). I opted for a full refund and they sorted out the collection of the item via DPD.

They were very speedy with their reply to my query about a faulty piece of equipment I bought from them, collected without quibble and refunded as soon as the courier had picked it up

I accidentally ordered to an old address I no longer live at and they were very fast in helping to cancel the order despite it already being dispatched to the courier.

Sometimes difficult to contact by phone. Communication is not a strong point Otherwise a very efficient and supportive supplier and products appear to be good at first sight

I have been gifted a VonHaus yogurt maker which is excellent. I have also purchased several sets of VonHaus glass food storage containers to replace plastic food savers. The glass is sturdy and smooth and the lids fit perfectly. My disappointment is that one of the glass jars for the yogurt maker cracked and they do not have replacements available to purchase. I am sure I am not the only customer to have had this happen, and not to be able to purchase a replacement is frustrating.

We bought a BBQ from VonHaus over two years ago now, which we're still very happy with. The metal tray for the coals had eroded so I contacted VonHaus to get a replacement, the customer service team were very helpful and quick to respond, and I have now purchased a new coal tray and its been sent out and is on its way to me. Very pleased.

Excellent customer service. Responded to a problem within 24 hours and rectified within 2 days. No questions no pictures no fuss just straight away sorted. Companies like this are hard to come across these days. Very impressed.

I was not happy with the after sales service having asked to speak to a human being, I was sent emails telling me what to do to return the item. I eventually worked out how to use it myself. The blades for the strimmer are virtually useless breaking often I intend to search for a stronger replacement if they will fit? If not then it was a waste of money.

The purchase did not perform to my expectations, so I returned my item. The return service and refund was agreed with very good customer service & understanding of the issue. Please pass on my appreciation to Gerlie in the first instance for my initial service, as I was pleased to hear from Macky with refund agreed. I will look forward to ordering my next item, due to the considerate acknowledgment 👍 Paul. PS ! I ordered a not-very-expensive product from VonHaus which was to be delivered by Evri. After several days of Evri 'expecting' my package I got in touch with VonHaus who got back to me on the same day (often unheard of these days) offering a replacement or a refund. I took the replacement and it arrived with no undue delay. Great! Then, a few days later, my original order arrived so I now had two products. I contacted VonHaus asking whether I should return the second one to be told that I could keep it. I can only rate their customer service as excellent. Speedy response every time and they worked quickly to solve my problems. I would definitely use them again:)

Excellent, well made product which deserves a 5 star review. Mine is only 4 star because of issues over delivery. VanHause were very helpful and ultimately the product arrived, but one week later than expected which was irritating.

The process of ordering and receiving the product went very smoothly, and was delivered on time. Although the product was faulty, VonHaus refunded me in full, which showed me the company put their customers first and that their satisfaction meant a great deal to VonHaus.
