Gazebo ripped at the Velcro fastenings within a couple of hours of it being up on a calm day. Grand sturdy & roof fabric perfectly but not the sides. Also when pulled to highest height there is a small gap between floor & sides. Shame as lovely looking gazebo & of sides were same fabric as roof with different fastening (maybe Velcro all along?) then it would have been perfect.
They responded very promptly (at a weekend) & arranged collection with a refund very soon after collection occurred
So company gets 5* but product only a 2*

“I was not happy with the after sales service having asked to speak to a human being, I was sent emails telling me what to do to return the item. I eventually worked out how to use it myself. The blades for the strimmer are virtually useless breaking often I intend to search for a stronger replacement if they will fit? If not then it was a waste of money.”
“Ordered the nail gun to find it didn’t fire the nails. Far enough into the wood , they stood proud. I was sent a replacement the next day , unfortunately this was the same. Great after sales but poor performing equipment”
