“I bought a 2 person hammock for my husbands birthday & it broke. It was within the 3 year warranty so I contacted Vonhaus through their website, describing the issue & sent photos.
Less than 24hrs later & not only had I had a response to my email but a replacement was on its way to me. Excellent customer care.
Sadly, Evri failed to deliver the item so I had to contact them again. Within 2 hours another was on its way to me.
Their customer care is excellent, resolving issues very quickly, they are polite & friendly on email and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
The hammock is a fantastic product too, easy to assemble & take down for winter storage & very comfortable! The issue we had was part of the metal frame bent.”
“Ordered a 2m x 2m gazebo. Received within a few days. Came to put the gazebo up and the cover was too big by around 6" at each corner. Contacted by email on Saturday afternoon, not expecting to hear anything until Monday. Sunday morning had email asking if it was OK for a replacement to be sent. Replied back to confirm, almost immediately this was acknowledged and advised we didn't have to return the original.
Sunday evening, had confirmation it had been dispatched. Email from courier Monday, was to be delivered Monday afternoon.
I was expecting a replacement cover - no! I got a full gazebo!
This is what you call customer service. A lot better than another company I have recently returned goods to.
