The customer service is excellent.
I had a problem with the item I ordered, I contacted CS and they replied promptly offering a replacement. When I requested a refund instead they arranged for this to happen without quibble and sorted the refund as soon as the item was collected.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
