Battery charger went missing during shipping. VonHaus didn't quibble but sent out another charger straight away. Some time later the original charger also arrived. VonHaus kindly let me keep both chargers. Adrian at VonHaus has been very helpful, responding to emails immediately. I strongly recommend this company.
