Ordered a 2m x 2m gazebo. Received within a few days. Came to put the gazebo up and the cover was too big by around 6" at each corner. Contacted by email on Saturday afternoon, not expecting to hear anything until Monday. Sunday morning had email asking if it was OK for a replacement to be sent. Replied back to confirm, almost immediately this was acknowledged and advised we didn't have to return the original. Sunday evening, had confirmation it had been dispatched. Email from courier Monday, was to be delivered Monday afternoon. I was expecting a replacement cover - no! I got a full gazebo! This is what you call customer service. A lot better than another company I have recently returned goods to. We are really happy with the gazebo. Thank you!
