We had contact with the company every day politely checking in with us to see if their suggestions had resolved the issue. The customer service team resolved the issue swiftly offering me a full refund, replacement or discount (if i kept the item, which could still be used). I opted for a full refund and they sorted out the collection of the item via DPD.”

“I ordered a not-very-expensive product from VonHaus which was to be delivered by Evri. After several days of Evri 'expecting' my package I got in touch with VonHaus who got back to me on the same day (often unheard of these days) offering a replacement or a refund. I took the replacement and it arrived with no undue delay. Great!
Then, a few days later, my original order arrived so I now had two products. I contacted VonHaus asking whether I should return the second one to be told that I could keep it.
I can only rate their customer service as excellent. Speedy response every time and they worked quickly to solve my problems. I would definitely use them again:)”
