I ordered a not-very-expensive product from VonHaus which was to be delivered by Evri. After several days of Evri 'expecting' my package I got in touch with VonHaus who got back to me on the same day (often unheard of these days) offering a replacement or a refund. I took the replacement and it arrived with no undue delay. Great!
Then, a few days later, my original order arrived so I now had two products. I contacted VonHaus asking whether I should return the second one to be told that I could keep it.
I can only rate their customer service as excellent. Speedy response every time and they worked quickly to solve my problems. I would definitely use them again:)
