“I just went through the reviews of other persons and I am not sure that real persons wrote the reviews. My experience with the customer support has been very unhelpful. I have ordered a dining table, but instead of shipping address they used my old address, so I tried to change it to which customer service responded that they can't and I have to cancel my order to which I agreed. What the customer service didn't realise was that it arrives in two boxes, so table legs arrived, but the table top was confirmed by Evri to be returned to Vonhaus. When I have contacted Vonhaus about this. They forced me to return the table legs from old address at which I haven't been living anymore (my old roommate gave me the order) and that the courier will come between 8 am to 8pm, so I think they expected me to wait there outside of someone s else properly for 12 hours? Appalling service, never ever buy anything fromm them again.”

Ordered new blades from VonHaus and they sent the wrong spares
Von haus don’t have spare blades any more
As they have sold out due to high demand
That would suggest that blades are a major weakness with VonHaus lawn scarifiers
I would not recommend VonHaus and their customers support asked some very stupid question before giving a refund”
