Albeit very pleased with new pressure washer I had a minor concern that was dealt with comparatively quickly (I find this a rare situation). Customer services representatives always polite in their responses. I have always found VonHaus products better quality, where for example for DIY even on a high scale does not warrant the eye watering cost of most professional equipment. I have, and will continue to recommend. Compare closely what may seem 'like for like'. VonHaus is likely to be a pleasant surprise.
