When I found the item I had ordered was not suitable for my needs, I emailed the VonHaus support center and promptly got a reply letting me know the quickest way to return the goods. I emailed them again saying this method was not practical for me. Again I received a prompt reply suggesting another approach that was perfect. Very helpful and polite. Efficient and prompt.
