I bought a G-Series Cordless Hedge Trimmer that arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the battery unit was faulty so I contacted VonHaus customer services on Saturday. I got a reply within an hour and a new unit was dispatched immediately and arrived before lunch on Monday. I now have a very useful, lightweight hedge trimmer that is fully working. I wish all customer service was this efficient - thank you
