There was a technical problem with the garden furniture I ordered and delivered. I contacted VonHaus and they made it so easy to resolve my problem offering to replace or offer a full refund, as I was unsure I asked for a refund. The item was collected and a full refund promptly issued to my credit card. Excellent service. I’d definitely recommend their company and particularly the customer service team. First class.
