My order arrived with a missing part so I emailed immediately. They quickly responded advising that they currently do not stock parts therefore the quickest way to resolve it would be so send a replacement and that I did not need to return the other one!
I thought this was very trusting of them and extremely accommodating in ensuring I received my purchase asap.
Very helpful customer service (unlike so many companies that you have to 'battle with' at times). I would definitely recommend this company.
