Thank you for your correspondence, on Dec. 3, 2022 you should have received a return HONEYWELL THERMOSTAT I had called you to inform you that I had made an error on model number and that I was returning the product as soon asI would receive it. I've notified American Express of my actions and I hope you understand that I could not you the product on my waterheater.
