“I ordered an AC condenser fan to repair home AC in this sweltering heat wave in the Midwest. I paid extra for 2nd day air service with UPS. Voomi’s order confirmation said my order was on its way, giving me a UPS tracking number. 3 days later now, the UPS tracking indicates that this far, only a label has been made, but UPS has still not received the AC motor from Voomi for shipment. I’ve complained to Voomi and they keep saying they’re checking with the warehouse, but it’s been over 30+ hours since they allegedly were checking with the warehouse and still no updates from Voomi customer support. I’ve written 5 emails to Voomi asking g them to explain what is going on, asking why it seems so difficult to get an answer from their warehouse about a relatively simple order, no meaningful or substantive replies, just “we appreciate your patience while we continue to check with the warehouse”!! Ridiculous, and awful customer service. I begged someone there to take accountability, take ownership of this and become answers. I paid an extra $33 for 2nd day air. We are now at the 4th of July holiday weekend, Voomi has not replied or updated me, their telephone line just keeps ringing, no one answers and you cannot leave a message. I advised Voomi that I was holding off writing any reviews until it was clear how they would handle this situation. It seems I have my answer. Next step is a complaint with the Pennsylvania Consumer Protection Bureau. Thank you for reading this post.”
