“First, I called a couple of times before and after my order and it clearly seems as you have a foreign call center for customer service, versus a USA call center? Do you sell products overseas or in the USA, my direct message to you, is if you sell in the USA have American Customer Service agents, if you sell in Philippines then have Filipinos agents! You offer free shipping on eBay with NO order minimums but you charge for shipping on anything and everything on your site website, BUT you do not offer all the items on eBay. I don't understand the business logic.”
