You guys shipped the wrong one the first time now you’re gonna give me a refund so I had to order a new one instead of just shipping me the right one and me sending it back. Ordered r600A and received r290. Due to me needing this refrigerant for a customer as soon as possible I just reordered the r600 and kept the r290 but I had to pay additional freight to get it here quicker.

I ordered a Honeywell TR50 with a display talking with your sales. I received the TR50N, which does not have a display. Immediately, I asked for an RMA to exchange/replace the unit with the correct TR50-D. Surprisingly, instead, I received a refund -20% for the restocking charge! Do you know if anybody in your company reads customer support emails? I am very disappointed now I have to pay over $150 extra for your mistake!

I placed an order on 12/10 received an email on 12/17 stating that it was shipped. I called to inquire about the product the representative said they could not fulfill the order. I asked why I was never notified about the order she said they could not email me because they had a problem. I said how could I receive the initial email stating it was being shipped but yet you have a problem notifying me that it could not be fulfilled? I suggest that you have another method of communication with your prospective customers.
