I registered my email to get the 5 dollars off and I could not get the code to work. I chatted with Karen for way too long to try and get this resolved and gave up and placed my order without the five bucks. She started out telling me there was no code. It’s five bucks so not worth fighting over, but it’s five bucks.

My reviews would much improve if I could get my parts on time. The worst part is that I can't get anyone to help with help for explaining which parts are which. I was on hold for one hour with no response. That not acceptable.

You had the product I wanted. However, I found whatever web application you are using "Search" feature is pretty poor. It would bring up products completely unrelated to what I was looking for making finding stuff difficult. Recommend looking for another vendor the next time you do a major overall haul of your website. This will allow users to more easily find items on your site increasing the number of SKU's they purchase in a single order.
