It looks like the unit you ordered needs to be shipped via an LTL carrier to avoid damage which resulted in a higher freight charge. “Processing to get the order was too long. I called to order and started the online order process. still have not had anyone answer the call. also I paid 27 $ plus for taxes and shipping for a $70 dollar item.”
