I placed an order on 12/10 received an email on 12/17 stating that it was shipped. I called to inquire about the product the representative said they could not fulfill the order. I asked why I was never notified about the order she said they could not email me because they had a problem. I said how could I receive the initial email stating it was being shipped but yet you have a problem notifying me that it could not be fulfilled? I suggest that you have another method of communication with your prospective customers.
