I had an order that never shipped, and was unfortunately given the run around when I was trying to find out what had happened with said order. Everything had pointed to being a scam, thankfully after I had given a negative review, I was reached out to by a supervisor. Ian Schwartz was very responsive and apologetic, and for his diligence in helping me resolve this order, I have bumped my original review up 2 stars. I may need something in the future from this company and if I do, I would only want to work with him.
