Contacted both recommendations, 1 replied, 1 didn't. Went with the one that replied and he did the job I needed him to do. I noticed the one that didn't reply had had some reviews commenting on how busy he was. Maybe VouchedFor need some way to track persistent "no response" because not bothering to reply makes VouchedFor a bit pointless doesn't it?
