I had a B&Q 25% off voucher from Vouchercloud . After a failed attempt at using at the store, B&Q told me to pursue with Vouchercloud. Trading emails this afternoon with Vouchercloud was akin to pulling teeth. It was like I was talking to someone from the HMRC I swear. Very dismissive and off from the start. On this basis, I’d definitely think twice on using them next time. Their customer service is so grim, if you have a problem, don’t expect them to resolve it 👎
