“I Clicked on the reward link for £90 gift card when booking £650+ through Booking.com for a secret escapes trip and i got an email to say my reward had been activated, and they wanted proof i hadnt cancelled the trip, proof of payment and to wait to claim until i had been on the trip. I looked for the voucher but was told i would have to wait 120 days to claim it, which was in Aug and they sent me an email to say my reward had been activated. When i emailed to say i couldnt claim it, and was told the same story as everyone else, they asked for confirmation of purchase etc etc and then I got a standard "sorry it didn't track, you're not eligible", maybe it was the cookies, or blocked trackers message. The purchase time, date and amount were clear on my screenshots and I used the link they emailed to me. Not sure how they get away with it, and they also take ages to respond. Basically, its pointless booking through this company as they never provide vouchers as promised, its all a con!!! Dont bother!! Copies of emails are attached, so how can a reward be activated and also i have a copy from my account that says its redeemed. I would like a manager to respond to me, as too many people have the same problem, so its your end. Look at all the trusptilot reviews!!!”

I was charged over £300 by Booking.com (as proven with screenshots), but Vouchercloud only registered £295—due to a technicality I had no control over. As a result, I was completely disqualified from the voucher offer.
Despite providing proof, there was no willingness from Vouchercloud to offer any solution, even though they could have extended a lower-tier voucher (e.g., £30 for a lesser threshold). This feels completely unfair, especially when it's clear the transaction met the requirements.

“This is a scam. They do not pay. When I emailed about the reward they said it takes 120 days and I will be paid. After 120 days I emailed and they said I was not qualified for the reward. Don't waste time. I think they just collect our personal details to sell.

A reward can take up to 120 days to process. This is because the agency has to approve the transaction. I apologise for the delay.

When I contacted Dunelm they told me that VOUCHERCLOUD and other companies make up offers that don't exist. They said that they get lots of customers calling about offers that are not True.
I contacted VOUCHERCLOUD who said I was wrong.
After 3 weeks they admitted they were wrong!!!! I have been asking to speak to a manager for 9 weeks now and Daria and Patrycja who said 7 weeks ago a manager would contact me, just ignore me.

“I had a B&Q 25% off voucher from Vouchercloud . After a failed attempt at using at the store, B&Q told me to pursue with Vouchercloud. Trading emails this afternoon with Vouchercloud was akin to pulling teeth. It was like I was talking to someone from the HMRC I swear. Very dismissive and off from the start. On this basis, I’d definitely think twice on using them next time. Their customer service is so grim, if you have a problem, don’t expect them to resolve it 👎”
