I completed a Booking.com purchase, expecting to receive the £70 voucher promised for orders over £300. I was charged over £300 by Booking.com (as proven with screenshots), but Vouchercloud only registered £295—due to a technicality I had no control over. As a result, I was completely disqualified from the voucher offer.
Despite providing proof, there was no willingness from Vouchercloud to offer any solution, even though they could have extended a lower-tier voucher (e.g., £30 for a lesser threshold). This feels completely unfair, especially when it's clear the transaction met the requirements.
Be wary of such inflexible technicalities
