I use several cashback sites but Vocuhercloud is easily by far and away the worst. I have yet to have a purchase through them successfully track. This is despite confirmation emails from them that I have taken up a promotion. And the customer service is atrocious. Really insulting in fact. They ask you to supply the very confirmation email for tracking that you are raising as the issue - you never get it. Thats why you dont get your cashback. So they really do all they can to put you in this loop so they can ignore their failure. I would never use them again and don't recommend them to others.
