“This is a scam. They do not pay. When I emailed about the reward they said it takes 120 days and I will be paid. After 120 days I emailed and they said I was not qualified for the reward. Don't waste time. I think they just collect our personal details to sell.

Having investigated this further it looks like the purchase was less than 120 days ago.
A reward can take up to 120 days to process. This is because the agency has to approve the transaction. I apologise for the delay.

When I contacted Dunelm they told me that VOUCHERCLOUD and other companies make up offers that don't exist. They said that they get lots of customers calling about offers that are not True.
I contacted VOUCHERCLOUD who said I was wrong.
After 3 weeks they admitted they were wrong!!!! I have been asking to speak to a manager for 9 weeks now and Daria and Patrycja who said 7 weeks ago a manager would contact me, just ignore me.
These people and the company are ARROGANT LIARS. THE COMPANY ARE TOTALLY UNPROFFESSIONAL”
“I had a B&Q 25% off voucher from Vouchercloud . After a failed attempt at using at the store, B&Q told me to pursue with Vouchercloud. Trading emails this afternoon with Vouchercloud was akin to pulling teeth. It was like I was talking to someone from the HMRC I swear. Very dismissive and off from the start. On this basis, I’d definitely think twice on using them next time. Their customer service is so grim, if you have a problem, don’t expect them to resolve it 👎”
“i purchased home insurance from more than through a link on vouchercloud,it was finishing on the day i bought it(7/10/21) it was for a £50 voucher,it said after i had purchased my insurance it would give me an link to choose which one i wanted,nothing appeared . i sent an email to vouchercloud and on i reply i was told there was a similar offer on this email then they changed their mind and said there was nothing against this email address i think this must be a scam as im 100 percent sure i went on the link to get voucher. im worried that my insurance has not been bought even so guys AVOID
