I am writing this review after a frustrating experience with Vouchercloud's rewards system. I activated an offer for a free gift card for an easyJet Holidays booking over £1700. My holiday, to Rhodes, cost £3,476.87, which clearly met the criteria. The primary issue was the company's inability to track my purchase, despite me clicking through their link on the day of booking. I was told the reward was not tracked due to general reasons like not accepting cookies or using an expired link. However, the offer email states you should "follow the reward link to place your order within the next 24 hours," and I used the link on the same day as my booking. The company's customer service has been unhelpful, providing generic excuses and refusing to give a specific reason for why my valid purchase of over £3,000 did not qualify. They also claimed as my holiday was not paid in full, which is true theyd refuse the voucher, but they failed to acknowledge that their terms and conditions do not state the full amount must be paid upfront. My booking is being paid in instalments, which is permitted by easyJet holidays. After multiple emails, they have not provided a specific reason for the failure to track or issue the reward. My experience suggests that their rewards system is unreliable and their customer service is unable to resolve issues when tracking fails.
