I ordered a pair of Sneakers I normally wear a mens size 11 so I ordered that size. I got them and they were too small.I told them and was willing to Ship them back for a size 12 but the Denied me my refund so I sent them a Letter telling them to replace my Sneakers with a different size and I send back the wrong size but now they dont respond to my request. So they can Not be trusted and they wont refund your money. Dont bother ordering from Vova.Com you will be disapointed with there Customer Service. No one will help you Avoid them at all cost.
