I purchased hair from this company and was extremely disappointed with what I received. It took over a month for the order to arrive and when it did it the hair looked nothing like the picture. It was the wrong hair altogether. To make matters even worse their customer service is nonexistent. I sent three emails and have not received a response. My order number is Luc-11391. Please refund me my money!!!!! Horrible company do t order from here.
