Ordered 2 items that were too small, contacted customer service and was advised to apply for a refund, which I did and then they promptly refused. After telling them numerous times that I didn't want a refund and wanted to exchange for a larger size, they then tried running me through the refund route again. Finally gave up. Abysmal company, will never use again
