DO NOT use this company! I have paid in excess of $20K over 3 years ago & still waiting for what was promised. Firstly, they had children from India who wrote my first 3 chapters over 20 times! They had no idea of my concept & their grammar, spelling & English was appalling! I ended up writing the book myself. They then con you after a month or so, by adding extra fees that are not discussed when I initially signed up, hence why I ended up paying so much. Once I wrote my book, NOT their ghostwriter, I submitted it for editing. I actually cried when I got it back. The spelling was worse than what I had submitted, the paragraphs were all misaligned & some paragraphs were repeated one after the other. I was told they would give it to another editor only to receive it even worse! I ended up editing it myself! Mind you, I am not an editor so it was not up to standard. Once the book went onto Amazon it had to be taken down 4 times. They added it into the wrong categories, they stuffed up the editing & they couldn't even spell my name correctly! I ordered a copy of the book to have it come with a blurry cover that was so illegible, it could not be read. I was told by Vox that their designer had sent Amazon the wrong files. My book was filled with spelling mistakes & bad grammar that my 14-year-old child picked up on. To rub salt into the wounds, I kept getting a new account manager who never answers the phone & every time I call they are either in a meeting or a personal "tragedy" has happened at home, so they cannot attend work. There is nobody else in the office to take over & help & I then had to wait months before they would make further contact. I have requested repeatedly over the years for my money back & to this date, they refuse to give it to me. Instead, they offer me more & more services which are so unprofessional. They gave me a website that can't be used as it is not secure, they did a video that a primary school child could do on Canva using free images. They then tried to do my social media and pretty much FU#$KED my page by using fake followers & bots. I received over 30,000 followers from India & Pakistan in the space of 2 hours & Vox then had the hide to tell me that they were not fake. On top of that, the people that did the social media spammed my account & did not even give proper descriptions of my book, which I had to go into the account & rewrite MYSELF!. All the good reviews they have are from their friends & family. DO NOT BE FOOLED! I am more than happy to be contacted if you want to discuss further as I cannot let them do this to somebody else. Oh, and people can only buy my book on Australian Amazon nowhere else as promised. What this company has done to me has caused so much anxiety & mental fatigue. I am still waiting for my account manager "Mike" to get back to me as he promised in writing over 3 weeks ago! TI have emails after emails with promises that have never been kept over the past 3 years. To finalise, my husband also signed up 3 years ago at the same time for his book to be written & what came back to him was so embarrassing that he could not use it. They also refused to refund. The only positive thing that has come from this experience is that I can officially say I wrote the book myself & found a talent I did not know I have. I cannot urge you enough to stay away from these guys. If you want your book written properly & edited give it to me & I will do a much better job than these clowns can for you! I am left with no other option now than to take this legal. Would love to start a class action with anybody else who have a bad experience with them.
