A total rip-off and now looking for another publisher for my second book. They gave me an original quote but then after an extremely slow process of bad editing and formatting, I was asked to pay more than double before they could continue with the job. The book was finally after much delay published but with many mistakes and no ghostwriting at all, just my own efforts. They are not professional nor academically capable of proper editing or proofreading.
