Avoid! They’ve somehow managed to mess up transferring my number over to them. I’ve not had any service at all for a week now and their bloody chat just keep fobbing me off with the same excuse that some files haven’t arrived (they have, the old network has confirmed multiple times that the pac code was used by Voxi and is shown as ported over on their system) and that they’re “keeping an eye” on my account.
I’m looking at having lost my number and having to go through updating all the things in my life that use it because of them.
