Incredibly useless and incoherent chat feature instead of just linking up to a customer support member. Voxi has repeatedly left me stranded in while roaming through sudden loss of services that I have paid for (roaming passes). Do not use voxi if connection uptime is critical.

I have really enjoyed my experience with VOXI and the Vodafone network generally. I know EE is meant to have the best network coverage but in my area, Vodafone's network is best. The VOXI plans are brilliant, too, and I get 60GB of data with my plan for just £12. The add-ons you can get are brilliant and it really makes any travel experience outside of the UK a lot easier, as you just add the appropriate add-on for and it'll only apply one and the pricing is very reasonable. The referral scheme is awesome too. If you want a free voucher on joining then please feel free to use my code: join. voxi. co. uk/jordanc-1011

Totally useless telecoms provider After weeks without service and hours of wasted time following this up on “chat” they have now responded that they have lost my number I have had this number for over 25 years so clearly a very unhappy customer

Claimed to have cancelled a handset order, but that was a lie. They then took payment and dispatched the item anyway. And now the returns process they have finally initiated appears to "lost" the handset. They continue to refuse my refund. Edit after Voxi response - the assurance of cancellation was directly from Voxi customer services chat. Their “X” contact team will reply a couple of times with a few hours between each message and then they will stop replying. Their executive complaints team will call once, then close the complaint with NO resolution. They cannot be trusted and are a damning representation of the parent company Vodafone.

AVOID AT ALL COST. after buying 2 Sims. One took over 36 hours to activate, the other one took 3 days and still won't recieve calls. Called the helpline only to be told to go online went online only to be messed around. Wrote a poor review and they replied asking me to go online chat. Only to be asked a bunch of questions and then completely ignored. WHAT A LOAD OF GARBAGE AVOID AT ALL COST

Avoid! They’ve somehow managed to mess up transferring my number over to them. I’ve not had any service at all for a week now and their bloody chat just keep fobbing me off with the same excuse that some files haven’t arrived (they have, the old network has confirmed multiple times that the pac code was used by Voxi and is shown as ported over on their system) and that they’re “keeping an eye” on my account. I’m looking at having lost my number and having to go through updating all the things in my life that use it because of them.

Myself and my son have been with voxi for 3 years now. I moved from 3 mobile, voxi signal is much better than 3, and much cheaper. I have never had any signal issues and speeds are good. I also like the fact that you are not tied into a contract and can leave anytime,

By far the worst network I have ever used. They have awful coverage and the internet stops working every few days for about 12 hours at a time. They have made it incredibly hard to reach a real human for help with endless badly programmed AI's repeating the same question. When you do get through to a person they tell you to do the same few pointless tests which change nothing before they tell you there is maintenance being carried out in your area and it will be complete soon. However I was told this every few days for weeks, I refuse to believe they were genuinely carrying out that much maintenance in my specific area for months at a time. When I asked about this they offered no explanation and just repeated themselves. You are also disconnected from the live chat constantly and are given a new adviser who you have to explain your issue to again and they then tell you to run the same few pointless tests again. Infuriating. I finally gave up looking for answers and help and just moved to a different network. Couldn't recommend avoiding this service more

Impressive. I moved over from GiffGaff for the large amount of data at a great price and because my signal used to be unreliable. Voxi's coverage seems to be more consistent as I don't experience grey areas when travelling on trains etc anymore. It was easy enough to activate the sim and move over my number. Roaming has also worked smoothly - I've used it in Spain and Ireland recently and my 4G was working as normal the whole time and with no extra cost. I also got a nice £10 Amazon gift card having joined using a friend's invite link. If you're thinking of joining, feel free to use mine when you order a sim and you'll get one too. referme.to/1313fxo
