Chat functionality keep cutting me off. I got through to 6 different agents but each time I got cut-off, in two cases after they were helping me for over 25 minutes. Theer is no way to reconnect to the same agent so you have to start the query over gain. Nightmare system although each of teh agents were helpfuol, until they got cut-off.
