Avoid VOXI – The Worst Customer Service Experience of My Life If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not switch to VOXI. I have been without my UK phone number for four days due to their incompetence, leaving me unable to receive important calls from my family or banking authentication codes. I was misled by a VOXI agent who assured me that my Vodafone SIM would be automatically overwritten with the VOXI service upon porting. That was a lie—I was left with no service at all. Multiple agents, including Michaelle, Natalie, Bhagesh, and Arif, have repeatedly promised fixes that never materialised, wasting hours of my time. I have since escalated formal complaints to CISAS and the Financial Ombudsman, as VOXI has failed to provide a functioning service while still taking my money. The complete lack of accountability and constant false promises make this the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want a mobile network that actually works, go elsewhere.
