Ordered a voxi sim card arrived on a weds, Thursday afternoon requested a pac code from old network and sent it to voxi, Friday morning at 11am everything was completed and my number transfered, can't fault this company, reception a lot better than last network, everything loads quicker, and customer service was quick to reply with a question I had, hoping to be with voxi for a long time
