Absolutely awful experience trying to get a refund for a phone that i returned at the beginning of April still havent had my money back after 3 chats with there online support (which is incredibly slow i think every single chat has been close to an hour) and a 3 phone calls now and still havent had my money back. Really frustrating experience will never use voxi again and will be canceling my pay monthly sim with them for such bad customer service they cant be trusted
