Very poor service. Do not use this network if you go abroad often as you pay extra for services you don't receive.
Took 5 days before I could receive or make calls before someone from voxi sorted it.
Contacted them on Facebook and they take hours between reply and each time its a different person and I have to repeat everything to them. Think it could be ai as they all say the same stuff. Voxi is very unreliable when using abroad
