This is the second time I trusted these people and you know what they say. "First time fooled shame on you, second time fooled shame on me". The first project took forever to get my illustrations, but my publisher was slow so I let it slide. This time I'm self-publishing and need my illustrations quicker. But again, slow as molasses. And the work has to be revised over and over again to get it right. How hard is it to draw from not only example pictures I want similar, but my explicit descriptions. I'm asking for my money back and going with another company. Hopefully, I won't be scammed again. In today's world with all these foreigners running companies quality and customer service has reached an all time low in America. It's hard to trust anyone anymore.
