Only fault is the delivery company which I know is not your problem and possibly Black Friday. I ordered products as a gift for my aunt who lives in a remote town in the west of Ireland: but the delivery updates were very skewed and I had asked someone to stay in and wait when it wasn’t delivered till the next day. If u use them a lot you may want to check their procedures that’s all. Your products are wonderful and I like to support local.
