I purchased the Feel The Heat and Serenergise duo after a recommendation from a massage treatment. I use Feel The Heat pre and post yoga practices or workouts and it helps to support my muscles in a warming and effective way, I use Serenergise when my muscles feel tight or overworked and it is effective in soothing and relieving tension. Would highly recommend both products.
