I absolutely love these candles they are far the best out there. However, i had an issue with an order where the delivery driver left my parcel in the rain and the products were damaged. To resolve the issue i had to return the damaged products and liaise with the delivery company. It was by far a draining and exhausting process with email after email with Voya and also having to deal with the delivery company and i still have not received my products to date. Although the company was prompt in responding it is by far an unacceptable practice for your customers to go through.
