Very happy with the chair, the cushions are beautiful and it came with the added bonus of a plain set of covers which I did not expect.
My reason for 4 and not 5 stars is customer service. We were sent the wrong covers and it took me three emails and three phone calls to resolve the issue. We also had to send photos of the wrong covers (although why I would send 4 back when I only needed two remains to be seen).
Calls to customer service were rushed (their end, not mine) and they were not helpful or friendly.
