I bought a remnant at reduced price to make a Roman blind.
The remnant was not sold as a ‘second’.
I had to tick a box to say that I understood that the purchase could not be returned.
When I received the 1.7 m remnant there was a 1cm hole right in the centre so it could not be used for the intentioned purpose.
Lovely material so very disappointed.
