You need to work on 2 areas, providing information and customer service. When I phoned to enquire about part of my order, the person I spoke to was extremely condescending and dismissive. Vital information about my order had never been given to me in any form, but she spoke to me as if I was stupid. Also, perhaps you need to look at your delivery charges, £25 delivery to the Inverness area from a company based in Glasgow is ridiculous.
