I ordered six items, all of which were lovely but unfortunately one, a lamp, wasn’t suitable. However got huge shock when went to return as quoted £30 at post office so felt no choice but to keep the item. My own fault for not reading the returns policy but given it’s an on line outlet I would be reluctant to use again.
