Items received appeared to be of good quality - but we're not accurately described on the website. Had they been fully and accurately described we would not have ordered them at all - as they were not what we wanted. This was apparent as soon as we looked at the cushions - I telephoned Voyage immediately and they arranged the collection and return of the cushions. It has taken 3 weeks (and a telephone reminder) to receive a refund for these returned goods. The refund has only been made by Voyage for the cost of the cushions - I have requested Voyage to make a refund is made to cover the substantial unnecessary postage costs. As previously stated we never would have incurred these costs had the descriptions on the website been accurate - as we would never have made the order!
